Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal during the period between placing the order and receiving the product.

By completing and submitting the form below, you can notify us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase. We process withdrawal requests on business days and will confirm receipt by email.

If you decide to withdraw, please return the product to us within 14 days of submitting your withdrawal notice. The deadline is considered met if the product is handed over to a carrier or shipped before the 14-day period expires.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery (COD).

Apart from the return shipping cost, you will not incur any additional charges in connection with exercising your right of withdrawal.
